Triple Treat
Short post:
1. Yesterday did 9k in about one degree just before 6am. Freezing. Today, I went at lunch-time. M7 north and cracked a PB over the course! 10k in 47:20 min (split 24, 23:20). It was sunny but cold. Where was Nite_time-runner?
2. Headed to Dr Pullen to get a sore tooth fixed. Worries about Root canals surfaced all day long (work colleagues have enjoyed these forms of dentistry and waxed lyrical about them). A minor filling "add-on" followed a full X-Ray, then a full clean. The best part? The Gap (after Private Health Cover) was $220. But wait, they waived it!
3. Just won the pair of cycle shorts I wanted on eBay. The same seller has a new pair each day. I've missed out on the last few, but this time I won, and picked them up for $5 less than others! Not bad - $28 all up with postage.

i heard tuesday was the coldest day of the year so far!! Can't believe you were out in it! i have been hoping for it to return just this weekend to justify the raging fire i have going at home....
top work on the consistent running - thats got to feel good - its hard to achieve!
